A name or location entered into a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That company processes the query and supplies its results. Clarke County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a criminal file about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Independent companies operate the search tools. A query submitted through one of them is governed by that provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices rather than this policy. Review those terms before sending a search because Clarke County Criminal History does not control the provider's handling of data.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Clarke County government, Alabama courts, ALEA, other public agencies, legal resources, or outside search tools. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy terms apply. Review them before providing personal information.
